Our Policies

• We require a written condition of sale contract to be signed at the time of purchase.
• All of our puppies are checked by our veterinarian before they go home. We guarantee our pups, to the best of our knowledge, to be healthy (unless specified otherwise). A written health record will be given to you upon purchase, for your veterinarian. Each of our puppies are up to date with their puppy shots and de-wormings.
• Puppies will be placed in homes at 8 weeks of age.
• The new owner assumes all financial expenses for the puppy (vet bills, AKC registration, food, surgeries, boarding, grooming, etc.)
• We are not responsible for any behavioral problems, personal injury, or property destruction that may be caused by this puppy. We have trained them the best that we can, but you are responsible to continue training and to raise a well mannered dog.
• We offer a limited health guarantee.
• A small sample of our puppy food can be sent home with you, upon request, in order to aid in making a smooth transition to the brand of food you choose for your puppy.
• In order to reserve a puppy, we charge $500 as a non-refundable deposit and the balance is due when your puppy goes home. We accept Pay Pal for deposits. The remaining balance must be paid by a personal check or cash. (Sorry, no credit/debit cards, cashiers/money orders)

• We do NOT allow our puppies to be used for breeding purposes. Each of our puppies are required to be spayed or neutered before 10 months of age.
• All sales are final. We do not exchange puppies or refund the purchase price of the puppy.
• We are not responsible for any sickness, death, or loss of puppy once it leaves our property.
